5 Favorite Places For Live Music!

I love concerts and shows and sometimes a venue can make or break a performance. A wack venue is the worst. So, here are five of my favorite live music spots around the country. If your city is left out, don’t worry, I will be back soon with another five!

5. Webster Hall
*Directions and Information
Webster Hall is one of the most legendary venues in the world. Here is a “Circus” gig I hosted. Talk about a party!

4. Grand Central
*Directions and Information
GC is one of Miami’s newest places for live performances. Definitely check out their list of acts when in town. Here, my man Major Lazer shuts it down …the beat may sound a little familiar to you…

3. The Fillmore
*Directions and Information
San Francisco’s concert venue has held it down for awhile. If you get a chance to check it out, peep the walls lined with pics of legends from The Doors to Aretha Franklin. For all of you 80s babies or just fans of the music of that period, check our Duran Duran live doing one of their biggest hits.

4. Smith’s Olde Bar
*Directions and Information
This Atlanta hall is a really cool joint. Its small enough to make you feel you’re a part of the performance. John Mayer played there for a while before he blew up. My man PJ Morton has performed there several times, here is one of his craziest.

5. House of Blues
*Directions and Information
Chicago’s House of Blues is just dope. Period. Bruno Mars shut it down recently. Check him out.

What’s your favorite venue. Give me a shout in the comments below.
